This album was recorded throughout 2022. I had a room set up and I would head there and record long sessions of improvised music. It was cathartic and I'd find myself naming various tracks about whatever was happening in my life at the time.

I realised late in December that I wanted to get it out before the end of the year and have been frantically trying to edit 9 hours of music down into something more palatable.

While some may say that 3 hours is too long I think that's the beauty of our current online world, we can embrace being able to share long songs with no limits on album length and it can run in the background of your life without needing your full attention. Hit play and if something is boring or agitates you, hit skip.

Here we are then, all finished and thrown online on the last day of 2022.
